    Someone posted lots of my stuff to various big download sites - MajorGeeks, CNBeta, SoftPedia and some others. This is somewhat unexpected - and it seems it increases the traffic on this site about 10x. Well, at least I can put "Certified by www.softpedia.com" logo on my pages - see here.

    On the downside, something is badly wrong with my virtual server provider, eKodu - I get quite often 403 errors, which will go away when page is refreshed. Therefore I made 403 error page auto-refresh, sorry about that.

    I am no longer allowing downloads with blank referrer. In last few days, txt2html had 19 000 downloads - my web page did not have as much visits. Seems like Majorgeeks and some other sites think that it is OK to hotlink files - shame on you!

    All my things are free - there are no ads on this website, not even a "Donate" button. And when someone decides to steal the bandwidth for what I pay... well, that does not make me happy.

    I am sorry if your firewall blanks the referrer - most firewalls have an option to allow it. Alternatively, you can download my programs from Softpedia (no, they were not stealing my bandwidth).

    And if I really go over my monthly bandwidth usage, I think I will put the "Donate" button here. Not that anyone will donate, but at least I've made that possible.

    My virtual server provider had messed up directory & file permissions, so some things may not have worked during last few days. Also, files downloaded recently got PHP error messages included, so please re-download any installers/files if they don't work - typical symptom is that when you start the installer, you will get a command line box ("dos box") for a second with error message. Thanks for everybody who let me know of this!
